pyIPPhoneServices is a python API to enable easy development of Cisco IP Phone Services for Cisco IP Phones in python.
The complete IP Phone Services API is implemented.

Changes:

• FEATURE: added db_helper for session handling. TODO: make it generally usable. It is currently tied to my infrastructure.
• FEATURE: added a simple debug framework. Can be handy when you have webservers behind a balancer and do not want to monitor all there error_logs. Note: do not use it in untrusted networks.

• Imlemented cookie support
• added assert for too long name
• FIX: IconMenuItem and TouchMenuItem were initialized as MenuItem

Changes:

• Introduced class "cgi_helper" to help creation of phone applications.
  It also helps to convert all strings to the right charsets.
• Improved documentation.
